Oh, this band. The vocals are pretty much unlistenable at times, maybe you'll like it though. I think it may be a two person band, just really frantic screechy stuff, kinda an object of its era for sure. Reminds me of asthma atttaq a bit. From Sacramento according to Last.fm.
